AI & Automated Decision-Making Disclosure

Last updated: 2025-12-30

Neurohires provides AI-assisted features that can generate content and provide scores, summaries, or recommendations. This page explains where AI may be used, what it considers, and what choices you may have.

We aim to base AI-assisted outputs on job-relevant information (e.g., skills, experience, job requirements, and user-provided content). We do not intend to infer or use protected characteristics.

1. Where AI may be used

  • Resume analysis and rewriting
  • Job match scoring and recommendations
  • Auto-apply assistance (content generation and automation)
  • Recruiter tools (candidate ranking/summaries and interview questions)
  • Interview preparation and practice feedback
  • Content moderation (where applicable)

2. Feature details (what it considers)

Job matching

Provides an AI-assisted match score and explanation to help you prioritize jobs.

  • Common inputs: your profile/resume text, job title/description, listed skills/tags.
  • Outputs: overall score and a short "why it matches / skill gaps" summary (where available).
  • Limitations: scores are probabilistic and may be incomplete or incorrect.

If you believe this output is incorrect or unfair, you can request review by contacting support. support@neurohires.com

Resume optimization

Analyzes and rewrites resume text to improve clarity and alignment with a provided job description.

  • Common inputs: the resume text you paste/upload and a target job description.
  • Outputs: suggested edits, keyword gaps, and an estimated ATS compatibility score (where available).
  • Limitations: suggestions may be wrong; you should review and edit before using.

For questions or to request review related to AI-assisted processing, contact support. support@neurohires.com

Auto-apply

Can generate application content (e.g., cover letters/answers) and automate steps in the application process.

  • Common inputs: your saved profile/resume data, job description, and your configuration settings.
  • Outputs: drafted content and automated form completion where supported.
  • Limitations: third-party sites may block automation; generated content may require edits.

You are responsible for reviewing and approving content before submission. Contact support to dispute an AI-assisted outcome. support@neurohires.com

Recruiter ranking and summaries (employers)

Provides AI-assisted scores/summaries to help recruiters review applications more efficiently.

  • Common inputs: job requirements, candidate profile/resume/application materials.
  • Outputs: a score and/or recommendation labels, plus short strengths/concerns summaries.
  • Limitations: outputs can reflect errors or bias; employers should not rely on AI alone.

Employers are responsible for final hiring decisions. Candidates should contact the employer where possible, and may also contact support. support@neurohires.com

Interview practice and feedback

May provide AI-assisted practice questions, transcription, and feedback. Where required, consent prompts appear before recording/transcription/analysis.

Content moderation

Where applicable, AI may be used to flag or filter content that violates community or safety rules.

3. Human involvement

AI outputs are intended to support (not replace) human decision-making. Hiring decisions are made by employers and recruiters.

4. Your choices

You can choose not to use AI-assisted features (e.g., avoid auto-apply or resume optimization). Some features include in-flow consent prompts (e.g., recording/transcription/AI analysis for interviews).

5. Region-specific information

US

Some states regulate automated decision tools and profiling in specific contexts. Where required, we provide additional notices and choices at the point of use.
